This was a simple dinner I made – fish fillets, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried rosemary, and lemon slices, baked.
The family didn’t like it. It was too bland for our taste. I carefully followed a recipe, which I think I just lost, for this. I believe though, that this is a healthy dish.
I think what made it bland was the water that diluted the salt because of “steaming”. Before baking, the dish was securely sealed in foil so that no air could go in. And when done baking, you’ll see how soupy it’s gotten.
